New office safety precautions
Message from the office of Sheeba Samuel, PMHNP-BC
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist Mental Health Nurse practitioner who is passionate about helping individuals who need mental health. I worked 20 years as a rehab nurse and I am active in my community and church. I have appeared in many television shows and in other media in educating people on building strong healthy minds and breaking stigmas in society. I spend quality time listening to her clients and provide appropriate therapy and medication management, if necessary.
My Client and Approach
We provide a safe 1:1 video platform session and take time to listen to all of my clients’ concerns. We collaborate with each client’s decision process while facilitating the client’s potential. Our providers have a heart of compassion to help my client experience life to the fullest. We believe in treating the whole person including their body, mind, and spiritual health.
My personal belief and why I choose this line of work
I grew up in a culture where people with mental illness were treated unfairly and looked down upon. Many of my close friends chose not to speak out about their illness due to misunderstanding of what society might think. I decided at that time to learn more about Mental health and treat my clients as I would like to be treated. I love what I do and made a promise to myself to care for others without judgment. My spare time, I love spending time with my husband and children.
